How to get started

Step 1: Invest

Fill out our  Investors form so you can start investing in sustainable real estate products. The minimum investment is €500,-. Read about our investment pools below.

If you want to start small we have the option of investment pools. This allows you to invest with friends and strangers from €500,- or an equivalent. Any equivalent of €500,- below or above €50.000,- will automatically take part of an active investment pool. If you decide to invest €50.000,- or more this means that you have fully funded at least one of our projects. Unlike an investment pool, the project that is solely and fully funded by you starts immediately.

Step 2: Agreement

Accept the terms and conditions by signing our Investment Agreement.

Step 3: Profit

The agreement will be terminated after you receive your investment and the fixed ROI of 12%
